Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 18, 2026

These terms cover two different relationships, and we've kept them separate rather than folding them into one generic "user" definition: the venue that subscribes to Wyfy Guest's dashboard (the "Customer"), and the person who connects to a Customer's WiFi network through our captive portal (the "Guest"). Read the section that applies to you.

Wyfy Guest is a product operated by Infovertias Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Wyfy Guest", "we", "us", "our"). By creating a Customer account, or by connecting to a WiFi network running on Wyfy Guest as a Guest, you agree to these terms.

1. What Wyfy Guest is

Wyfy Guest is software for managing guest WiFi: a branded captive portal, login via OTP (SMS, WhatsApp, or email), voucher codes, or a front-desk PIN, access control rules, router provisioning and health monitoring, ISP failover monitoring, staff roles and permissions, usage analytics, and billing. We provide the software layer that sits in front of a venue's own network and internet connection — we are not an internet service provider, and we don't own or operate the physical internet line a venue's router connects to.

2. Terms for Customers (venues)

2.1 Your account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us when you sign up, including your business and billing details and, where applicable, your GSTIN, which we use to issue GST-compliant invoices. You're responsible for the staff accounts you create under your organization and for keeping their credentials secure. If you believe an account has been compromised, tell us as soon as you can.

2.2 Plans, free trial, and fees. Wyfy Guest is priced per property rather than off a single published price list: what a plan costs depends on things like how many locations and routers you run, how many staff and guests you need capacity for, and what support level you need. We offer a free trial with full access for a set number of days on your own router before you commit to anything. Once you're on a paid plan, fees are billed and invoiced according to the plan or quote you agreed to, and payments are processed through Razorpay or Stripe, depending on how your account is set up. We don't store your full card or bank account number ourselves.

2.3 Your responsibility for your network and your guests. You're responsible for how you configure your captive portal, access rules, and any content or branding you upload to it, and for making sure your use of the network complies with applicable law, including any obligation you may have toward your own guests regarding notice or consent for the network terms they're asked to accept. Wyfy Guest gives you the tools (including guest-data masking, described in our Privacy Policy) to run your network responsibly; how you use them on your property is on you.

2.4 Router credentials and provisioning. Where you give us access to provision or manage a router on your network, we store the credentials needed to do that encrypted at rest, and use them only to perform the provisioning, monitoring, and configuration actions your plan and settings call for.

3. Terms for Guests

3.1 Getting online. When you connect to a WiFi network that runs on Wyfy Guest, you'll be redirected to a captive portal before you're allowed onto the internet. Depending on how the venue has configured it, you may need to verify an OTP sent to your phone or email, enter a voucher code or PIN given to you by the venue, or accept the venue's own network terms. You don't need to create a Wyfy Guest account, and we don't charge you anything, to use the network as a Guest.

3.2 Acceptable use. You agree not to use a Guest network to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the router, the captive portal, other guests' devices, or Wyfy Guest's own backend systems, or to interfere with the network authentication (RADIUS) infrastructure that keeps the network running for everyone else on it.

3.3 What we don't promise as a Guest's WiFi provider. The quality, speed, and availability of the internet connection itself comes from the venue's own internet service provider and network setup, not from Wyfy Guest. We provide the login and management layer in front of that connection; we don't guarantee that a venue's underlying internet service will be fast, uninterrupted, or available at all times, even though our platform includes tools that help venues monitor and respond to outages on their end.

4. Data and privacy

What we collect from Customers and Guests, and how we use, share, and secure it, is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

Wyfy Guest and its underlying software remain our property. A Customer retains ownership of the logo, images, and other branding it uploads to customize its own captive portal, and grants us a license to display that material only as needed to run that Customer's portal.

6. Service availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the Wyfy Guest platform available and working as described, and our platform includes monitoring built for exactly that purpose, but we provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability to a Customer for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees that Customer actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a Customer account for non-payment, for a material breach of these terms, or for use of the platform in a way that we reasonably believe puts other Customers, Guests, or the platform itself at risk. A Customer may cancel its subscription according to the terms of its plan. Guest access to a network ends whenever the Customer's own router or portal configuration says it should — for example, when a session expires or a voucher is used up.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Wyfy Guest, as a Customer or a Guest, after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
