About Wyfy Guest

Every guest WiFi story starts the same way: a login screen nobody designed, on a network nobody's fully in control of.

Walk into most hotels, cafes, or co-working spaces and the WiFi login is whatever the router shipped with — a generic splash page that does nothing for the brand, and gives the team running the place almost no visibility into what's actually happening on their own network. When it breaks, somebody's IT contractor gets a call. When a guest asks "was the WiFi actually down earlier?", there's usually no real answer.

We built Wyfy Guest to close that gap: a login screen that looks like it belongs to your property, and a dashboard that gives you real control behind it — who's connected, how the network's performing, and what to do when something goes wrong. Guests get a better first impression. You get a network you can actually run, without needing to become a network engineer to do it.

We're a small team, and we're building this alongside the people who actually run these networks day to day — hotel IT managers, cafe owners, co-working operators — instead of guessing what a generic "business WiFi" buyer wants. If something in the dashboard doesn't make sense for how you actually run your property, tell us. That's exactly the feedback this product is built from.
