WyfyGuest · Built for hotels, PGs, cafes, co-working, colleges & libraries

Guest WiFi with your name on it. Not the router's.Always on. And quietly building your customer list.

It's a managed captive portal: the login page guests see when they join your WiFi, the network behind it, and a real team keeping both running.

SMS OTPWhatsApp OTPVoucherPassword

Guests choose how they log in. You don't have to set anything up again.

Works on your existing routers: TP-Link, MikroTik, Ruijie, Omada & more100% DPDP Act Compliant

Trust, and legal cover

Picture this. A guest taps to connect, and boom, they see your logo, your colors. Not some boring router page. Instant trust. But here's what most owners miss. That same login is also your legal shield. Every guest gets verified with an OTP. Every session gets logged, automatically. That's exactly what Indian law expects from you.

No lost guests

Say your internet drops. No panic. Backup kicks in on its own. Your guests? They won't even notice. And you get a full record of exactly how long it was down. Here's the bonus. That same verified login, that clean log, it's your legal shield too, under Section 79 of the IT Act (the law that protects you if a guest misuses the network, as long as you can show who was online and when). Open WiFi with no password can't give you that.

No IT hire needed

You run every location yourself. One dashboard. Right from your phone. No IT hire. No technician on call. You can see, at a glance, which access point is up, and which one's actually down. Before a guest even walks up to complain. And if the police ever ask who was on your network? You pull up the full log in seconds. Who, when, which device. No more standing there saying, "I don't know."

Already trusted

Hotels. Cafes. Co-working spaces. Colleges. They're all already using this, every single day. And here's something nice. Every verified login becomes part of your own real customer database. Ready for WhatsApp marketing, SMS marketing, whatever you want. All while keeping your business fully covered, legally.

The alternative

Why not just use the router's free login page?

Most places start there. Here's what goes wrong once you have more than one router, or more than a few guests a day.

What a captive portal actually is, and what the router's version leaves out

A real team, not just an app

We run the network side, so you don't have to hire anyone for it.

Four things our team does for your property, and two the network does on its own.

  • We set up your devices. Routers, WiFi points and printers added and labelled by floor, so you never have to work out which box is which.
  • We watch the line, not the light. Real speed and connection quality, checked all day for every router, instead of one green dot that tells you nothing until it turns red.
  • We switch to backup before you notice. If your main line drops, the backup takes over on its own, and the outage is recorded with the times it started and ended.
  • A real person answers. Raise a ticket inside your dashboard and someone replies, instead of a contact form that goes nowhere.
  • Guest WiFi kept fully separate from your own office network and billing systems
  • Phone calls stay clear even when guests are streaming video on the same WiFi

What's inside

A guest connects, you learn who they are, and they come back.

That loop is the whole product. Each part of it, in detail, is on the features page.

Who it's for

Built for the places that actually run guest WiFi every day

See a real day in each dashboard
A hotel facade with lit windows and a rooftop WiFi signal reaching a guest's phoneEvery floor, one login

Hotels & PGs

Room-by-room privacy, so no guest's device shares a network with a stranger's, and codes the front desk can hand over with a room key, valid for the whole stay.

A cafe table with a coffee cup and a phone connecting to WiFiOn & off with the lights

Cafes & restaurants

A one-tap login while the order is still being made, a speed cap so one laptop can't slow the room down, and WiFi that switches itself off at closing time.

Two shared desks with laptops under one WiFi signal in a co-working spaceShared floor, member logins

Co-working spaces

Members, day visitors and event guests grouped separately instead of sharing one password, and usage reports you can put in front of a landlord.

A university building with a clock tower and WiFi signal reaching a student's laptop on a benchOne login, every building

Colleges & universities

WiFi hours set per building, so a library can stay open later than a dining hall, and students, staff and visitors on separate access rather than one shared password.

An empty frame reserved for a future customer logo, with a plus sign

No logo wall here yet, and no testimonials either. That slot is reserved, not skipped: we'd rather earn it than write ourselves a five-star review from a hotel manager who doesn't exist. Book a demo and watch the product run on a real router instead.

Want to be one of our first featured customers?

Go live with us, and if it works out we'd like your name and your real numbers right here. That means a short call about what actually changed, a couple of screenshots from your own dashboard, and a write-up you approve first. No fee either way, and no obligation to say yes.

Questions

Before you book a demo

The things people actually ask on the first call.

Do I need to buy a new router?

Not necessarily. Our team checks your existing router first and tells you clearly whether it's compatible. If it is, you keep it, and Wyfy Guest adds the login screen, access control and management on top, from one dashboard instead of one router at a time. If it isn't, we'll recommend one that works: buy it yourself, or we'll buy and set it up for you.

What happens if my internet stops working completely?

If you've set up a backup internet line, Wyfy Guest switches to it automatically and keeps a record of the downtime. If you haven't set up a backup, guests see "no internet" like before; we can only switch between internet lines you actually have, we can't create internet out of nothing.

Can I offer just OTP on phone and skip WhatsApp, vouchers, and other options?

Yes. You choose which login methods to offer, for each location: OTP by SMS, WhatsApp, email, a voucher code, or social login. Guests only see the ones you turn on.

How does the free trial actually work?

Full access, for a set number of days, on your own real router, not a limited demo. You set up a real location and decide whether to continue once the trial ends.

Can I remove the Wyfy Guest name completely from the login screen?

On some plans, yes: the login screen can carry only your own name and logo, with no mention of Wyfy Guest at all. It depends on the plan, so ask us and we'll tell you clearly.

I manage WiFi for many different properties. Can I see them all in one place?

Yes, that's our plan for WiFi partners and installers: one login to see every property you manage, with each one kept separate and reported on its own.

What does it cost?

There's no public price list: a single cafe and a twelve-property group would both read the wrong number off one. The pricing page has the real plan tiers and what a quote is built from, which is how many locations and routers you have, how much of the login screen you want to control, and what support you need.

Who can see my guests' phone numbers?

By default nobody does, including you: the dashboard shows a number as +91••••••210 for every staff account. Revealing one takes an OTP sent to the account owner's phone, every time, so it stays a deliberate act rather than a switch someone turned off months ago. That is roughly the shape the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects of anyone collecting a number at a login screen. We're not your legal advisor, though, and a property handling genuinely sensitive data will need more than this.

Does a guest have to log in again every time they come back?

That's yours to set, per location, and the right answer differs by venue. A cafe usually wants a session that ends about when the coffee does. A hotel doesn't: a three-night guest should log in once, not every morning, so you set a session that covers the stay.

How many guests can be online at once?

As many as your line and your access points can carry; we don't add a cap on top of that. What we add is a speed and device limit per guest, so one person can't quietly take the whole line, and a history of how often it hit its limit, so "the WiFi is slow" becomes checkable before you pay for a bigger plan.

See it running on a real router.
