About Wyfy Guest
Guest WiFi at most venues starts as a router's factory login page and a password everyone already has.
The people running the place can't see who is online or how much of the line one guest is using. When it breaks, somebody's IT contractor gets a call. When a guest asks whether the WiFi was down earlier, there's usually no answer.
We built Wyfy Guest for the person running the venue. Portal puts your name on the login page. Guests sign in with a one-time password (OTP) or a voucher code. Usage Limits sets what each guest gets. Internet Connection and Alerts show what's wrong and when it started, and Reports keeps the record. You don't need to be a network engineer to use any of it.
We're a small team in India, and we build for the people who run these networks day to day: owners, front desks and whoever looks after IT. If a screen doesn't fit how you run your property, raise a ticket under Support Tickets in your dashboard and tell us. A person on the team reads it.
