Full feature list
Everything a guest network actually needs, in the order it happens.
A guest walks in, gets online safely, your team runs it day to day, you see what's happening, and you grow revenue from it. Seven features, that order — not a sidebar reshuffle.
01 · Guest Onboarding
Your login screen, not the router's
Guests connect through a portal with your logo, your colors, and your background image — not a generic router page that makes a five-star hotel look like a coffee shop's back office.
- Sign-in via SMS OTP, WhatsApp OTP, email OTP, voucher code, or social login — pick which methods are offered
- Custom headline, welcome message, brand color, logo, and background image per location
- Multi-language splash screen (e.g. English, Hindi, Arabic) set per property
02 · Access Control
Decide who gets on before they even ask
Set the rules once — which destinations are always reachable, which devices skip the login screen, and which hours the network is even open — instead of policing it manually every day.
- Always-Allowed whitelist for destinations guests can reach without logging in (e.g. payment or check-in systems)
- Trusted Devices (MAC authentication) so staff and repeat guests skip the portal automatically
- Business Hours scheduling so guest WiFi follows your actual opening hours, not 24/7 by default
03 · Network Reliability
Router-level control without SSH-ing into anything
Set up your network's addressing, keep guest and staff traffic separated, forward the right ports, and prioritize call quality — all from one screen, per location — and see the moment an internet connection actually goes down, with automatic failover to backup.
- Live WAN health per location: latency, packet loss, current throughput, and a real up/down history — not a static "connected" icon
- Primary/backup ISP failover that switches automatically when the primary link drops, shown with real down-duration timestamps
- Network addressing (DHCP), VLAN segmentation (keep guest traffic off your operational network), port forwarding for the services that need it, and voice-call quality prioritization (VOIP QoS) — each in its own table-based screen
04 · Team Management
Give staff exactly the access their job needs
Build custom roles from a real permission catalog — Dashboard, Campaigns, Vouchers, Network settings, Logs, and more — so a front-desk agent never sees the same screen as the owner.
- Role-based access control with a locked, un-deletable "Read-Only" default role for anyone new
- Per-role feature grants across seven areas: Overview, Engagement, Access & Policy, Devices & Team, Network, Operations, Support & Logs
- Per-agent status, data-masking toggle (hide guest PII from staff who don't need it), and multi-location scoping
05 · Live Insight
Know what's happening before a guest tells you
One screen shows who's online right now, how many sessions are active, uptime, and today's failed logins — with 24-hour traffic, device-type, and hourly-session charts underneath.
- Live KPIs: online guests, active sessions, SLA uptime, routers online, today's guest count, average session length
- 24-hour guest traffic trend, connected-device breakdown, and sessions-by-hour, plus a recent-users table and a recent-alerts feed on the same screen
- Exportable reports beyond the live view: guest data usage, dwell time, heaviest users, voucher redemption, campaign engagement, and bandwidth/cost — five report categories, each with several report types and date-range filtering
06 · Guest Organization
Manage a hundred guests as one group, not one by one
Group guests by floor, event, department, or membership tier, set a shared data quota, and onboard them in bulk with a CSV instead of creating logins one at a time.
- Named teams (e.g. "Sales Team," "Executive VIP," "Contractors") each scoped to a business unit/location with a shared data quota
- Bulk team setup and bulk user-to-team mapping via CSV upload, with downloadable templates
- Per-team status tracking (active, expired, revoked)
07 · Growth
Turn the login screen into a marketing channel
Show a promo, run a post-login survey, or hand out a printed access code at the front desk — all from the same platform guests already use to get online.
- Three campaign types — banner, survey, and redirect — schedulable per business unit with live impressions/conversions tracking
- Post-login guest surveys with custom multiple-choice questions (e.g. rating food, staff, cleanliness)
- Voucher batches (one-time or reusable access codes) that front desk can print, email, or hand out instead of reading out a WiFi password, with redemption tracking per batch
